As the first Data team hire, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our product and company.

You will be responsible for standing up and owning out ETL pipeline and our data warehouse.

Delphi created the category of digital cloning. We work with coaches, authors, business owners, experts, creators, grandparents, enterprises - anyone who would benefit from scaling their minds. The surface area of our product is very large.

On the clone creation side, we have:

• Data Management
• Audience Management
• Monetization
• Analytics
• Integrations

On the consumer side, we have:

• Text Conversations across SMS, Web, Slack, Discord, Whatsapp, Telegram
• Voice Calls
• Video Calls
• Interactions with Citations

What You Will Work On

1. Stand up Delphi’s analytics infrastructure: You will have complete autonomy and ownership of our pipeline to set us up for analytics. Architect, build, and own our date warehouse.
2. Clone Insights: Use data to share how we understand, measure, and improve clone-human interactions across all platforms.
