About Me

Born and raised in Houston by parents who fled Iran during the 1979 revolution, I've been coding since I was 14. I studied Physics, Computer Science, and Math at Georgetown, then moved to San Francisco to work at C3 AI as a Forward Deployed Engineer. I started and sold my first company, Friday (an AI shopping assistant), then moved to Miami to work at OpenStore, where I met my cofounder Sam Spelsberg. We both left to start Delphi.

Unlike face-to-face conversations (limited to people you already know) or TV/books (fixed, one-way broadcasts), Delphi is multi-directional, interactive, personalized, and adaptive. The Role

As Chief of Staff, you'll be my jack-of-all-trades partner on all operations initiatives. You'll help me multiply my efforts across:

Recruiting & HR

• Operationalize our hiring process
• Help me find and bring on the best people
• Understand individual team member needs to set them up for success

Customer Relationships

• Delphi operates like a talent agency - we work with the highest caliber people in their fields. Our definition of "talent" transcends traditional boundaries. Whether you're a celebrity, content creator, author, coach, professor, business owner, or someone with valuable life experience, your mind has the potential to impact generations.
• Maintaining these relationships and setting customers up for success is critical to our growth and our emphasis on honoring the humans that power our platform.

Delphi Library of Minds Podcast

• We're launching a podcast where we invite top people in their fields to discuss their decision-making heuristics, mental frameworks, and learnings. What makes us different: the conversation doesn't end when the episode does. Each guest creates a digital version of their mind on Delphi, so you can ask follow-up questions and get personalized answers in real time, in any language.
• We want the highest signal, shortest form (max 20-30 min) podcast on the market - and the first that lets you speak to every guest after listening.

Communications & Strategy

• Co-manage external communications across socials
