Role Overview
As Delphi's first Community Manager, you'll be the architect of our rapidly growing community of innovators, creators, and pioneers who are shaping the future of digital minds. We're looking for someone who understands that community isn't just about managing platforms – it's about building a movement where our customers become our strongest evangelists, sharing their successes and inspiring others to unlock the potential of this revolutionary technology.
The right person for this role inherently understands how to build bridges between technology and human experience. You have a talent for making revolutionary concepts feel personal and accessible. You'll be the voice that helps people understand not just what digital clones can do, but how they can enhance human connection and legacy in ways previously unimaginable.
Our community needs to be a powerful engine of growth, where customers become advocates and success stories inspire adoption. You'll create an environment where Fortune 500 CEOs and independent creators alike can showcase their achievements, learn from each other, and drive the evolution of how digital minds are used across industries and use cases.
What You Will Do
- Community Leadership & Strategy:
- Design and implement Delphi's global community strategy across all platforms (Discord, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
- Create engaging programs that showcase the practical and aspirational aspects of digital cloning
- Build and nurture relationships with key community members who embody our vision
- Develop a community culture that balances innovation with accessibility
- User Success & Storytelling:
- Identify and amplify compelling user stories that demonstrate the impact of digital clones
- Create opportunities for users to share their experiences and inspire others
- Facilitate connections between users to foster peer learning and support
- Collaborate with our product team to ensure community feedback shapes our development
- Education & Enablement:
- Develop resources that help users maximize the value of their digital clones
- Create educational content that makes complex technology approachable
- Build programs that help users become effective advocates for the technology
- Design and manage a digital clone ambassador program
- Events & Experiences:
- Organize both virtual and in-person events that bring our community together
- Create unique experiences that showcase the potential of digital cloning
- Facilitate meaningful connections between community members
- Design programs that celebrate user achievements and milestones
Preferred Abilities
- Experience building communities from 0 to 1 in emerging technology spaces (Discord, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc)
- Natural ability to translate complex technology into relatable human stories
- Track record of creating engaging content across multiple platforms
- Strong empathy, charisma, and emotional intelligence
- Excellence in written and verbal communication
- Experience with community platforms and tools
- Understanding of product-led growth principles
- (Optional) Experience building referral/affiliate programs with incentives
