We operate like a next-generation CAA, managing digital identities for high-profile individuals and hundreds of business owners who trust us to represent them authentically. As we create this entirely new category of clone studios, we need someone who can:
- Build systems that scale personal relationships
- Transform customer feedback into actionable improvements
- Measure and optimize every aspect of the clone experience
What You Will Work On
- Customer Experience Automation
- Design and implement systems to streamline customer communications while maintaining authenticity
- Create self-service tools for clone updates and modifications
- Build feedback loops between customer needs and clone improvements
- Analytics & Insights Platform
- Develop real-time monitoring systems for clone quality across all use cases
- Track and analyze user journeys for both clone creators and consumers
- Build dashboards for conversion optimization and drop-off analysis
- Implement comprehensive A/B testing infrastructure
- Growth Systems
- Create scalable solutions for clone studio operations
- Build integration systems with external platforms (social media, messaging, etc.)
- Develop automation tools for customer onboarding and engagement
- Marketing Tools
- Develop creative ways to showcase Delphi’s capabilities (Example: Exa Wrapped)
Preferred Abilities
- Strong full-stack development experience with Next.js and Python
- Proven track record of shipping features rapidly and iterating based on data
- Resourceful: you do not believe in the word “impossible” - you have a solution-oriented mindset
- Experience implementing and analyzing A/B tests
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.)
- Experience integrating external APIs (Stripe, Slack, etc.)
- Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM systems
- (Optional) Strong data analysis and visualization skills
- (Optional) Experience with growth experimentation frameworks
