Role Overview

You may obsess over how Apple and Nike have mastered the balance of high status and mass appeal - where industry leaders proudly use their products alongside everyday consumers. You have an innate understanding of what makes something feel premium yet approachable.
As the Head of Marketing at Delphi, you'll be the driving force behind our outward-facing design, content strategy, and marketing efforts, shaping how the world perceives and adopts digital cloning technology.

Our goal is to create a brand where being featured on the platform is a mark of prestige, while ensuring the technology remains accessible and valuable to everyone who could benefit from it.
Your key challenge will be balancing our ambitious long-term vision while staying grounded in reality - showing people exactly how they can get tangible value from their digital clones today.
What You Will Do
Our main focuses currently are top of funnel & brand awareness.
- Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a cohesive brand strategy that positions Delphi as a leader in digital cloning technology. Create a narrative that highlights both immediate practical benefits and long-term transformative potential.
- Content Creation: Lead the creation of compelling content across various formats:
- Long-form videos showcasing both practical applications and future possibilities
- Daily short-form videos demonstrating immediate value and use cases
- Written content that balances aspirational vision with tangible benefits
- Innovative content types that make the technology feel accessible today
- Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement marketing campaigns that:
- Drive awareness of immediate, practical applications
- Generate qualified leads from both visionary early adopters and practical users
- Reinforce category leadership while maintaining approachability
- Show clear ROI and value proposition for today's users
- Partnerships & Community: Identify and cultivate relationships with:
- Creators and thought leaders who demonstrate practical success with the platform
- Influencers who can showcase immediate use cases
- Early adopters who can help shape the narrative around current applications
- Social Media Management: Develop a social media strategy and oversee its execution, including content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis.

- Track record of building premium consumer brands that achieved mass adoption
- Proven ability to market complex technology in simple, practical terms

- Strong eye for visual design and brand consistency
