Role Overview
The right person for this role is a category creator who has an intuition for crafting timeless, aspirational brands while maintaining mainstream accessibility. You may obsess over how Apple and Nike have mastered the balance of high status and mass appeal - where industry leaders proudly use their products alongside everyday consumers. You have an innate understanding of what makes something feel premium yet approachable, and you can translate complex technology into compelling narratives and content.
As the first member of Delphi’s Marketing Team, you'll be the creative force behind our brand vision, content strategy, and storytelling efforts, shaping how the world perceives and adopts digital cloning technology. You'll work closely with our product team to ensure our marketing resonates with both visionary early adopters and practical users.

Our goal is to create a brand where being featured on the platform is a mark of prestige, while ensuring the technology remains accessible and valuable to everyone who could benefit from it.
Your key challenge will be balancing our ambitious long-term vision while staying grounded in reality - creating compelling content that shows people exactly how they can get tangible value from their digital clones today.
What You Will Do
Our main focuses currently are creative storytelling, brand building, and top-of-funnel awareness.
- Product Marketing:
- Collaborate with the product team to craft compelling narratives around features and updates
- Create content that clearly demonstrates use cases and value propositions
- Develop marketing strategies that drive qualified adoption
- Content Leadership: Lead the creation of compelling content across various formats:
- Direct the production of signature long-form videos that showcase both practical applications and future possibilities
- Guide the creation of daily short-form videos demonstrating immediate value
- Oversee written content that captures both our vision and tangible benefits
- Experiment with innovative content formats that make the technology feel accessible
- Build and lead a creative team as we scale
- Creative Direction & Brand Strategy:
- Develop and execute a cohesive brand vision that positions Delphi as a leader in digital cloning technology
- Create a narrative framework that balances aspirational vision with practical benefits
- Define and maintain brand guidelines across all touchpoints
- Ensure consistent, premium quality across all creative output
- Community & Culture:
- Shape the culture and conversation around Delphi
- Identify and nurture relationships with creators who exemplify our brand
- Build community programs that showcase user success stories
- Create opportunities for users to contribute to our brand narrative
Preferred Abilities
- You’ve taken a brand from 0-1, both on the positioning and through its launch and exposure
- You have a marketer’s DNA at your core
- You are scrappy and don’t mine doing unsexy IC work - the devil is in the details.
- Exceptional creative vision and storytelling ability across all formats
- Track record of building premium consumer brands that achieved mass adoption
- Strong eye for visual design and brand consistency
- Ability to translate complex technology into compelling narratives
